Annual Dysart’s Snowmobile Ride-In to Benefit Pine Tree Camp
February 2-3, Newport Elementary School in Newport, ME. Newport will be bustling with activity asit hosts the 43rd annual Dysart’s Snowmobile Ride-In to benefit Pine Tree Camp. Snowmobilers from all corners of the state along with Newport area families, community leaders, volunteers and businesses will enjoy three full days packed with winter fun! Maine Maple Sunday-March 26th
The Maine Maple Producers Association welcomes you to join Maine’s Maple Syrup Producers, statewide, as they celebrate Maine Maple Sunday. Most sugarhouses offer free maple syrup samples and demonstrations on how pure Maine maple syrup is made. Many farms offer games, activities, treats, sugarbush tours, music, and so much more. Maine Maple Sunday is always the fourth Sunday in March although some sugarhouses are offering events for both Saturday and Sunday. Please be sure to read the description of each sugarhouse to know what times they will be open and the activities they offer.

The Riverwalk Festival
The Newport Riverwalk Festival is a celebration of the scenic Newport riverfront. This one-day event, held August 4th, will kick off at 10:00am with a parade through the town, ending at the riverfront. The festival will be fun for the whole family, featuring river activities, local crafts, food vendors, beer tent, music, a street… dance, bounce house and other children’s activities, Newport Fire Department barbecue, and much more!
